Pattaya (2).

January 1 st , 2009

Happy New Year 2009 the first word form my famiry when I got up. We went to eat breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. After that we walk around the beach and took a picture. We went back to took a shower and check out form the hotel.




We went to visit the world's most unusual museum,Ripley's "Believe it or not" features a museum, Motion master theatre, Laser Trek and more.

Pattaya Trip (1.)


Chon Buri is the gateway to various coastal towns in the East. On weekends and public holidays, Pattaya Beach is a popular destination for Thais and tourists. This trip we went wish my family.

December 31 st, 2008

I got up at 8 o'clock. We got ready to go by car about 9 o'clock. I'm so hungry !! Yes, I don't take breakfast in the morning. My uncle buy KFC for me. ( Good man !!) We went to visit Sriracha Tiger Zoo. After that we find the hotel for this night. We make a reservation for Thai Alangkarn Show. But we don't make a reservation for hotel on New Year Day. It's public holidays!! It took about 1 hour to find the hotel. We choose Asia Hotel because this hotel have swiming pool and private beach. After we went inside we take a shower and went out to Thai Alangkarn Show. Because someone called me the show will be start 15 min. I tall her 15 min. we will arrive. We don't have time to work around because the show start aready. After show finished we have sometime to work around and take a picture.






Then we went to eat dinner at Ab A-roy Restaurant near Floating 4 Marget Pattaya. It was very delicious and not expensive. While we were eating we back to hotel near midnight. We took a shower and back to the beach again. Many people there we looked a firework's display in the hotel.


The New Year is an event that happens when a culture celebrates the end of one year and the beginning of the next year. Happy New Year 2009

Chiang Mai.


Chiang Mai is known as "the Rose of the North". It is centre for tourists and travelers.The most important and most visible landmark is Wat Phra Borom That Doi Suthep. A naga staircase of 300 steps leads to the wat at the end of the road up Doi Suthep, or one can ascend by cable cars.

December 2008, we went to Chiang Mai 3 days.
- Day 1.
I got up at 8 o'clock. I got ready to go with myfriend by Thai Airways. My flight about 10 o'clock from Suvarnabhum Airport.

At noon we arrived Chiang Mai. We booked hotel at Lotus Hotel Pang Suan Kaew. After we went inside we went out to eat. We walked around to find something to eat at Kard Suan Kaew.

In evening we went to Chiang mai Walking Street for sightseeing and buy something for my family , myfriend and someone specail. When we finished, we come back to hotel.

- Day 2.

We left from the Hotel after we had breakfast and then we went to visit...

1. Sainamphung Orchid Nursery.

2. Maesa Elephant Camp.

3. Wat Phra Borom That Doi Suthep.

4. Bor Sang " the umbrella Village.

5. Ratchaphruek Garden & Royal Pavilion.



This day we travel all day and so tired but we have good memory from there. We went to bed late tonight.

- Day 3.

I got up at about 8 o'clock. After that we went to check out. We paid money and booking the car tranfer to Chiang Mai Airport.
We arrived at Donmueng Airport about noon and went back home.

Giving advice :

Thai customs with which visitors should be concerned.
1. Thai people hold their King and Queen and the Royal Family in great reverence, so don't show disrespect to them.
2. Buddha images are held sacred.
3. Take your shoes off before going inside the hall of worship or the inner buildings in temples. Dress neatly ; mini-skirts and shorts are not allowed.
4. Ladies must not touch a Buddhist monk, give anything directly to him,or receive things directly from him.
5. The head is regarded as the noble part of the body. A sincere apology should be offered immediately if you touch someone's head unintentionally.
6. Bathing nude at beaches in Thailand is prohibited.
7. You are expected to remove your shoes before entering a Thai house.
8. Intimacies between men and women should not be show in public.
9. Don't point your feet at people or things.

Describing Thai people :


Thai people are independent,kind,easy-going and flexible. The best thing about being Thai is harmony among people. They are peaceful and friendly.


Explaining Thai cultural aspects :


The traditional Thai greeting and respect is the "Wai". It is performed by joining the palms together at chest level and lowering the head so the forehead or the nose touches the tip of the fingers.


Reasons for giving a "Wai"
